Camera data: The App uses your device's camera solely for real-time pose detection during exercise verification. Camera images are processed on-device and are never stored, uploaded, or transmitted to our servers.

Track your exercise progress and manage app-blocking features

3. Camera and Pose Detection

The App uses your device's camera exclusively for AI-powered pose detection to verify exercise completion. This processing happens entirely on your device. We want to be clear about how this works:

Camera frames are analyzed in real-time on your device only
No images, video, or visual data is stored on your device or our servers
No camera data is transmitted over the internet
The camera is only active during exercise verification sessions that you initiate
You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings

4. App Usage Monitoring (Android)

On Android devices, the App may use the Usage Access permission to detect when a blocked app is opened. This information is used solely to trigger the exercise requirement and is processed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit information about your overall app usage patterns beyond what is necessary for the blocking feature.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We may share data with third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., payment processors like Stripe for subscription management).
